Summary: Ryan reflects on what he has to do to get his job back.

As Ryan stared out at the ocean, he wished that he'd have an epiphany even though he knew it wouldn't happen. There wasn't going to be some magical moment where all of his questions and doubts would be answered and he'd find his way again. Ryan knew that he was going to have to fix things on his own and it was going to take hard work. If he wanted his career back then he'd have to step up to the plate and earn the trust and respect of his friends and coworkers once again. No amount of soul searching was going to get him his job back, only he could do that.
